Scholarship

Helping Women Live Their Dream

The purpose of this scholarship is to provide a source of financial support for women who have delayed or interrupted their post-high school education or training, who find themselves in need of additional education or vocational training in order to obtain employment or to make a needed change in their current employment situation. This year, we will be awarding two $2500 Founders’ Spring Scholarships named in honor of the women who founded A Woman’s Work in 2003.  At least two-thirds of the $2500 must be used for tuition, fees, and books.  The remaining third may be used for tuition, books, fees, verifiable childcare, and transportation expenses. Additional details about the Scholarships including the application procedure, eligibility requirements, selection process, and scholarship fund disbursement are detailed below.

All scholarship applications must be completed in full and submitted by April 21, 2017, at 5 PM.  (a link to the application is provided below) Finalists will be interviewed at a date TBD. Questions? Please contact A Woman’s Work at 303-827-7085.
